Positions:

Fargo – Audit Manager – 5+ years of experience, CPA certification

Description:

These full time positions will perform accounting and auditing services for a wide range of clients.

Education:

Bachelors degree in accounting or accountancy.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and experience with comprehensive accounting software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of CCH Engagement and Tax software is helpful.  We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented.

Bookkeeping/Payroll

Positions:

Bismarck – Accountant – 2+ years of experience

Description:

This full time position will perform accounting services for a wide range of clients.

Education:

Associates degree in accounting or accountancy.

Skills:

Under the direction of our senior accountant, the successful candidate will perform accounting services and payroll duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cash reconciliations, reconciling various trial balance accounts to source documents, entering account transactions into accounting software to generate a trial balance and general ledger, and preparing financial statements in proper format from the trial balance and general ledger within the firm’s policies and generally accepted accounting principles and standards required by the CPA profession. Duties will also include preparation and /or review of payroll and quarterly payroll reports. Experience in preparation of income tax returns is a plus. Some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines.

Administrative

Positions:

Human Resource Professional – 2+ years of HR experience, Marketing experience is a plus, HR certification is preferred

Description:

This is a full-time position within our administrative department.

Education:

Bachelors degree in business administration with emphasis in human resources, or similar.

Skills:

Responsibilities include assisting the Managing Partner, Office Administrator and Department Managers in planning, implementing, coordinating, reporting and managing our human resource systems, policies and procedures, including hiring, recruiting, communication, and other duties as assigned.
